学校延用英国圣比斯公学独特的个人导师体系。针对学生发展进度进行跟踪、记录、反馈、调整，挖掘学生最大的潜能。入读我校的每一位学生，在通过专项能力评估以后都会拥有自己专属的“学生成长档案”，记录学生成长中的点点滴滴。通过定期与不定期的沟通，保证每一位导师充分了解学生的情况，进而做有针对性、个性化的辅导与帮助。

The school uses St Bees’unique personal mentoring system, to track, record and feedback on students’progress. Adjustments are made along the way to develop students' full potential according to their personal situation. Every student enrolled in our school will have an exclusive "Student Development File" after passing an ability assessment. Every step of their progress will be carefully recorded. Through regular communication, each tutor develops full understanding of the characteristics their students, and is able to offer personalised counseling and help.
