为提高教师素质，促进青年教师成长，我校举办了第三届教师技能大赛。此次比赛以教学设计为主题，共有初赛和复赛两个环节。初赛阶段考察课件、教学设计方案、学生知识能力量化评估表设计、Demo视频录制四个方面，复赛阶段根据“跨学科课程设计”和“作业设计”进行比拼，最后决出11名优秀获奖教师。
In order to improve the quality of teachers and promote the growth of young teachers, our school held the Teaching Skills Competition. This competition is based on the theme of teaching design. There are two stages: preliminary and final. In the preliminary stage, we investigated courseware, teaching design scheme, design of students' knowledge and ability quantitative evaluation table, and Demo video recording. In the final stage, we competed according to "interdisciplinary curriculum design" (integration department) and "homework design" (bilingual department and domestic department), and finally selected 11 excellent and award-winning teachers.

在今年河北省创新教育学会组织的第一届EPS教师命题技能大赛中，恭喜我校3名教师斩获荣誉！此次大赛注重考评试题与社会实际和学生经验的有机联系，尤其重视试题是否考查学生在具体情景中解决问题的能力。此次荣誉是对我校一线教师命题专业水平、创新能力的认可，学校将不断创新学生评价工具，提升教师团队创新素养和业务能力。
Congratulations to our 3 teachers who won the honors in the first EPS Teacher Proposition Skills competition organized by Hebei Innovative Education Society! This competition lay emphasis on the organic connection between examination questions, social reality and students' experience, especially whether the questions examine students' ability to solve problems in specific situations. These honors are the recognition of the professional level and innovation ability of our teachers and the school will continue to innovate student evaluation tools.
夯实教师队伍教学基本功、提高教师队伍的专业素养和创新能力一直是我校教育教学的重点。为了进一步激发教师们更新教育理念和教学方法的热情，我校组织教师参加了石家庄市教育局组织的2022 年中小学教师教学能力技能竞赛。在比赛中老师们脱颖而出，仲晓梅老师荣获小学英语组优秀奖、马梦芸老师荣获中学语文组三等奖。
Consolidating the basic teaching skills of teachers and improving their professional quality and innovative ability have always been the focus of our school's education and teaching. In order to further stimulate the enthusiasm of teachers to renew their educational concepts and teaching methods, our school organized teachers to participate in the 2022 Primary and Secondary School Teachers'Teaching Ability and Skills Competition organized by Shijiazhuang Education Bureau. In the competition, teacher Amy Zhong won the excellent prize of primary school English group, and Merry Ma won the third prize of middle school Chinese language group.
