石教函〔2021〕358号文件《关于规范民办义务教育学校名称的通知》要求，民办义务教育学校校名“不得使用国外教育机构专有名称命名”。经有关部门批准，“圣比斯学校”现已更名为“金铭钥[yuè]学校”。

According to the Notice on Standardizing the Names of Private Compulsory Education Schools issued by SJZ Education Bureau (2021) No:358, the names of private compulsory education schools "shall not be named after the proper names of foreign educational institutions". Approved by the relevant departments, "St Bees School" has been renamed as "Brilliant Light School".

校名变更之后，学校的教育理念、教学模式、学校管理、教师团队等均不会发生变化。在上级教育主管部门和学校董事会的领导下，学校将一如既往地为全体学生和家长服务。
