We rely on the strong teaching and research system of St Bees, so that our teaching synchronizes with the world and keeps the first-class environment.

Roger Sinnett，毕业于剑桥大学，是全球最早推出中英融合教育理念的专家之一。Mr. Sinnett作为圣比斯全球教育总监 ，通过对石家庄教师团队的专业化师训，让教师团队对融合教育有了更加深切的体会。
 Roger graduated from Cambridge university and pioneered the innovative Fusion Education Concept. Mr. Sinnett, Director of education in St Bees, gave online training to help teachers deep the understanding of Fusion Education. 在圣比斯，每一位学生的性格培养和学术发展都在同步前进。资深心理咨询老师将社会情感教育植入教学体系，让学生们在沙盘、卡牌等游戏中，实现与自我心灵的对话，探索并成长为更好的自己。 In St Bees, character and academic development is vital.  PSHE Education is important and Li, National level 2 Psychological Counselor, is responsible for it. Through sand play Therapy and the OH Cards, students can grow into themselves better while enjoying the fun of psychological games.

We have popularized the use of management systems, classroom software, in order to help teachers create more suitable courseware and design incentive way according to the students' psychological development.

知识是人类进步的阶梯，阅读则是了解人生和获取知识的重要手段和最好途径。我们使用国际化阅读分级系统，了解学生现阶段的阅读水平，提供适合的在线读物，而且每本读物都配有有声书！让学生们既能通畅理解内容，也能体会到阅读带来的快乐，同时在过程中激发阅读兴趣、培养阅读习惯。 Knowledge is the ladder of human progress, reading is an important means and the best way to understand life and acquire knowledge. We use a reading rating system to keep track of students' current reading levels and provide suitable online readings, and each with an audio book! Students can not only understand the content, but also experience the happiness, and stimulate the interest in reading and develop the habit of reading.

Teaching training

 反省和研究自己的教学方式，建立有效的评价机制，可以让教师更好地理解并掌控教学。我们组织了学科内听评课，跨学科听评课，中外教联合教研，帮助教师形成专业判断，提高教学素养。老师会用心上好每一堂课，最大限度保障学生的吸收效果。 Teaching skills are improved through introspection and research regarding teaching methods and the establishment of an effective evaluation mechanism. We organized internal demo classes and joint research between Chinese and foreign teachers, so that teachers can improve their co-teaching methods. They all strived to improve every lesson and maximize the knowledge that each student absorbs.

STEAM教研·专家支持促进步

STEM training

培训一开始，老师们就被深深吸引了。从探究跨学科学习的时代特征与实践路径、课程设计工作坊到教师教学设计与展示，老师们认真听讲座，积极参与工作坊，和各位专家细致探究。我校获得了中国A-STEM教育协作联盟的授权，在联盟和专家的支持下，我们将更好地帮助教师成长，帮助学生创造。
Once the training started, all faculty members carefully took copious notes. Teachers listened to lectures, actively participated in workshops, and discussed with experts carefully. We will do a better job of helping teachers grow and students create with the support of China A-STEM Education Collaboration Alliance. 

我们将开展人文引领的STEAM课程，基于本地人文，融合科学、技术、工程、艺术、数学的知识展开课程设计。比如，老师会以赵州桥为主题，在探索赵州桥的人文之旅中，引领学生们分小组探究、讨论，一起研究赵州桥的结构、雕作刀法、艺术风格。而后，学生们将分小组做演讲，用英文来讲述中国文化。 We will launch a humanity-led STEAM curriculum, which is combined with science, technology, engineering, art and math. For example, The teacher will take Zhaozhou Bridge as the theme, and lead students to explore and discuss the structure, carving techniques and artistic styles of Zhaozhou Bridge. Then students will make presentations with english.
我们也将打造学校科学节，还将与国际科学组织合作，为学生们提供更大的平台。让学生们在探索中学习科学原理，在尝试中塑造系统思维，在演讲中锻炼表达。 We will also create a school science festival and work with international science organizations to provide a bigger platform for students. Let students learn scientific principles through exploration, shape systematic thinking through experimentation, and exercise expression in speeches.
