近日，学校收到7年级蒋同学妈妈发来的感谢信，感谢张昱基校长和教职工在疫情这一特殊时期对孩子的细致关怀。这封信质朴而真挚，让我们一同倾听家长的肺腑之言。
致张昱基校长及教师：
2021年11月1日新的一周新的一天，阳光明媚把整个晋州照耀的既温暖又舒适。劳累了一天的人们早早地进入梦乡。
次日早晨各个群里通知封小区，禁止出入。这是怎么了?我的家乡一夜之间按下了暂停键，疫情-一场突如其来的、没有硝烟的战争又开始了。人们积极配合做核酸、居家。时间转眼到了周三，我心里充满焦虑，因为周五是孩子回家的时间，这情形肯定出不了小区，怎么办…夜里翻来覆去，白天走来走去。没办法只能和李老师沟通说明情况静等回信了。手机不离手的在屋里走来走去，嘀嗒∶"学校派老师专门负责孩子的饮食起居，请家长放心。"短短几个字在我眼前越来越模糊……
近期天气干燥气温早晚温差大，孩子们稍不注意就会感冒。这时老师给孩子们带去菊花茶、茉莉花茶，和孩子们共饮充满爱的茶水。
周末早饭间隙，张校长亲自看望孩子们，厨师师傅也奉上了可口的饭菜。圣比斯的每一位员工都在无私的奉献着。
11月的第一周在煎熬和等待中结束了。第二周疫情好转但小区仍处于封闭状态。周五又面临孩子回家，此时多想长出一双强有力的翅膀飞到正定啊。周四孩子微信想回家住，可以理解，孩子从小到大这时第一次和我们分离这么长时间，简单嘱咐几句，趁此也锻炼锻炼孩子，必定总有一天孩子会远离父母，时间只长不短。
生活丰富多彩，总在不经意间会有插曲出现。周六中午临近一点，李老师的电话打破了寂静的时空。孩子出去买东西回到家发现钥匙忘带，此时开锁师傅已在现场等待具体操作事宜，沟通后决定换锁。换锁期间李老师给孩子们做了可口的红烧牛肉面，说实话红烧牛肉面我未曾尝试过，厨艺极差。那时那刻孩子们能吃到李老师亲手做的牛肉面多么幸福！多么庆幸拥有如此有爱心的老师，家长把孩子交给这样的老师放心。
一个小时过去了，锁终于换好，李老师嘱咐孩子几句就悄悄地回去了。微信感谢老师，老师轻描淡写地说∶"这是我应该做的，他们自己住我也不放心。"就这样一位身材瘦小心中有大爱的老师给我们家长带来希望和信任。
转眼间孩子已在校学习生活两个半月了，这段时间老师的教诲和付出感同身受。在此感谢圣比斯的领导及各位老师，正是有你们这些心怀梦想心怀大爱的有识之士才能让家长放心的把孩子交给你们，我们静待花开!愿圣比斯的明天更美好!

学校对每一个孩子的爱与负责，不但体现在日常的教学和活动中，也体现在与家长的每一次沟通中。从10月至今，学校组织了10多场家长会和家委会，张昱基校长也开通了校长面对面，倾听家长的心声，解答家长的疑虑。

好教师才能做出好教育，我校将建设一支稳定的、高素质的、专业的、较高国际化背景的、高度认同感的、持续学习的教职工队伍。从11月初，我校开展了教师技能大赛和班主任技能大赛，为教师发展提供支持，让教师有成长，从而吸引、培养和保留高效能教育者。
Only good teachers can make good education. Our school aims to build a stable, highly professional and self motivated education team with international background. Since the beginning of November, our school has launched a teacher skills Competition and a Classmaster skills competition to support teacher development and growth so as to attract, develop and retain highly effective educators.

在偌大的校园里，保洁团队让洁净随处可见。每天他们来得最早，用心开始，从细节着手，清洁门窗，打扫地面、整理杂物，让校园明亮而新鲜。当学生们上学时，迎接他们的是干净的校园，明亮的教室，葱郁的绿植。
In such a large campus, the cleaning team makes cleanliness visible everywhere. Every day they come earliest, start with their heart, start from the details, clean the doors and Windows, clean the floor, tidy up and make the campus bright and fresh. When students go to school, they are greeted by a clean campus, bright classrooms and lush green plants.

培养强壮的下一代，校园餐食很重要！从采购食材到食物端上学生餐桌，学校都会严格把控。每周都会更新菜单，确保搭配合理，符合学生们生长发育的营养需求。近期突发的疫情让部分学生周末无法回家，学校在周末也为他们提供健康餐食。
School meals are very important to raise strong next generation! The school has strict control over everything from purchasing ingredients to putting food on students' plates. The menu is updated every week to ensure that it is properly matched and meets the nutritional needs of students' growth and development. The school also provides healthy meals to some students who are unable to go home on weekends due to the recent epidemic.

保障学生安全，学校有义不容辞的责任。校园抗疫需要细心，更需要耐心。我校坚持每日三次消杀，凡是入校职工均需测温、亮码，在周末实行行政人员双人双岗值班制度。我校对危害学生安全的“蛛丝马迹”时刻警惕，构建”铜墙铁壁”保卫学生安全。
Schools are duty-bound to ensure the safety of students. Fighting the epidemic requires both care and patience. Our school insists on daily regular sterilization, all the school staff are required to measure their temperature, have the correct QR code. And we set up a special duty system with two administrative people on weekends. Our school is always alert to the "clues" that endanger the safety of students, and build "iron wall" to protect the safety of students.
