Every parent wants to ensure that their child is at a school that will genuinely care and nurture their child. We are proud to say that as well as the Fusion Academic Curriculum, we also have a Pastoral system that will support every child in order to help them to prepare for tomorrow’s world.

每周导师都会与每个学生沟通，与其共同回顾取得的成就、发现学习和品德方面遇到的困难，并针对问题一起找到解决方案。导师的支持策略可能是学术性的、社会性的或个人性的。通过导师的引导，学生们会逐步意识到自我目标管理的重要性，进而成长为独立自主的学习者和团队成员。

Each week tutors will work with each student to identify their success, but also to find obstacles to their learning or moral education and put a plan in place to address those issues. Support strategies could be academic, social or personal. As students become more aware of the need to set themselves targets the aim is to make every student an independent learner and member of their group.

导师在班级中扮演着重要角色，其作用不容小觑。导师们对学生的引导和培育贯穿学生在校的每个阶段，他们所有的努力都是为了更好地塑造学生的品格。从而促进学生不断成长成熟，学会为自己的行为举止负责，最终实现学生在课堂和学校各方面的积极良好表现。

The importance of the tutors for every class cannot be underestimated, as they guide and nurture each student through every phase of the school and to build their Character in all that we do. This leads to students developing the maturity to take responsibility for their own actions and behaviour, which can be seen in their positive actions and behaviour in the classroom and around the school.
