班主任如何制定班级目标，如何走到学生中去，如何协调学生与其他同学、老师关系......针对一系列重点问题，教导副主任谢老师组织大家头脑风暴，展开讨论。除此之外，学校开展了有针对性的专题培训，班主任工作的基本规范、学生的德育及心理健康教育等等，为各位班主任今后顺利开展工作提供了专业保障。

Ms. Xie, organized a brainstorming and open discussion about key questions.
