无论在哪个国家,班级都是学校教育中最基本的组织形式,教师最主要的工作阵地。学校邀请到华东师范大学教育管理系李伟胜教授,深刻解读了“民主型班级”的建设方式。李教授通过真实的课堂案例深入浅出地介绍了如何深度开发班级的教育功能,由此建立的“民主型班级”将对学生的个人成长有着深远的意义。
Class is the most basic form in school education, and the most important position of teachers no matter in which country. Weisheng Li, the Professor from the Department of Education Management of East China Normal University was invited to deeply interpret the construction mode of "democratic class". This makes us realize that the in-depth development of the educational function of the class is of profound significance to the personal growth of students.

Let students study proudly. Teachers should guide students to learn from each other and promote each other in group communication. Let teachers teach gracefully. A skillful teacher is better than a reckless one. Let the class be full of energy. Teachers should follow the trend and take advantage of it. 李伟胜
李伟胜,华东师范大学教育学部教育管理学系,教授,博士生导师。
在班级建设领域,提出了建设“民主型班级”的系统主张,并据此开发了国家级精品课程、国家级一流本科课程《班级管理》,配套教材《班级管理》被专家认定“形成一套新的话语体系”,已成为60多所高校的教材。

Curriculum standards provincial training.
课程标准的省级培训
课程标准是每门学科的指导文件,是教材编写、教学、评价和考试命题的依据。在新课改的当下,为了深化教师对新课程标准的理解,帮助教师落地实施教学,我校组织全体教师参加了由河北省教育厅举办的义务教育新课标线上培训会。老师们会后撰写心得体会,对于新课标在我校的落地实施各抒己见。
